At Wright Community Connections, we’re dedicated to fostering lasting, positive change across our community. Through a holistic suite of programs — from micro-business retail space and maker’s initiatives to learning support and food security efforts — we empower individuals and families to chart a brighter future.

Our approach is rooted in collaboration, not duplication: we partner with local organizations to meet people where they are and to address immediate needs while also building capacity for self-sufficiency. Each year, our impact is measured not just in numbers, but in stories — stories of hope renewed, potential realized, and community strengthened.

Ongoing Programs

Wright Community Connections proudly supports year-round programs that strengthen lives and foster community well-being. Each initiative meets a distinct need — from providing essentials and education to empowering creativity and self-reliance.

Gift of Giving 

The program that started it all! Gift of Giving's focus is to provide the key resources people need and connect individuals with other programs in the community.

Fresh Pathways Project 

Our hydroponic farm, growing fresh produce for local consumption and teaching sustainable skills.

Building Bridges Learning Center 

Provides tutoring, digital literacy, and career readiness support.

Partner Groups

We believe collaboration creates deeper, longer-lasting impact. Wright Community Connections works hand-in-hand with local and regional organizations to share resources, expand access, and amplify support. Our partners include nonprofits, schools, and civic groups dedicated to improving quality of life for everyone in our community.

Center Visitors

Over the year we recorded over 6,300 visitors at WCC!


 6th Annual Gift of Giving Holiday Drive

Our 6th Annual Holiday Gift Drive was a great success!

We helped supply gifts, clothing, coats, hats, gloves, & 

more to over 713+ Children.

Over 282 parents received basic supplies, food, and detergent.

In total, 226 families

Previous Years

The heart of Wright Community Connections began with Gift of Giving, a volunteer-led effort providing clothing, furniture, and holiday support to local families. What started as seasonal giving soon became a lifeline for many year-round. Through furniture deliveries, bed donations, and Christmas drives, the program met immediate needs and built meaningful connections across Wright County.

Over time, those simple acts of service revealed something powerful: the community needed more than one-time help, it needed long-term support and shared space to grow together. That realization inspired the creation of Wright Community Connections (WCC), a place where compassion evolved into coordinated impact.

Today, the legacy of Gift of Giving continues within WCC’s ongoing programs, from food and clothing access to education, small business support, and community partnerships. Each initiative reflects the same spirit that started it all: neighbors helping neighbors, and kindness creating change.
