Enjoy interactive games, art and craft stations, maker spaces, and plenty of snacks while spending time with friends. Drop in for special programs, access local resources, or simply unwind in a space that’s truly your own — a place to study, read, relax, and collaborate.

The HUB is open during all hours that the center is. Bring your own activities or partake in those available. A great place to relax, work on homework, and meet with other people!

Here are some common questions about the HUB

The HUB is a welcoming, youth-friendly gathering space inside Wright Community Connections (WCC) — designed for connection, creativity, and community.

The HUB:

  •  Offers a safe, positive place where young people (and community members) can:
  • Hang out with friends after school or on weekends.
  • Game and play with interactive and group activities.
  • Create and explore through art, crafts, and maker-space projects.
  • Study, read, or relax in a comfortable environment.
  • Access resources such as tutoring, mental health support, and community programs.
  • Participate in special events and themed programs hosted regularly by WCC and partner organizations.

 

 Tuesday - Friday: 

  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (After school hangout time — games, art, homework, snacks!)

Wednesday

  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (After school hangout time — games, art, homework, snacks!)

Wednesday Early-Outs: 

  • 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM (Special themed sessions & maker projects)

Saturday Pop-Ups: 

  • 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Creative workshops, open studio, and community events)

Closed Sunday

 

The HUB follows strict safety policies, including staff supervision, background checks, and a “No Bully, Be Kind” rule.
