Here are some common questions about the HUB
The HUB is a welcoming, youth-friendly gathering space inside Wright Community Connections (WCC) — designed for connection, creativity, and community.
The HUB:
- Offers a safe, positive place where young people (and community members) can:
- Hang out with friends after school or on weekends.
- Game and play with interactive and group activities.
- Create and explore through art, crafts, and maker-space projects.
- Study, read, or relax in a comfortable environment.
- Access resources such as tutoring, mental health support, and community programs.
- Participate in special events and themed programs hosted regularly by WCC and partner organizations.
Tuesday - Friday:
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (After school hangout time — games, art, homework, snacks!)
Wednesday
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (After school hangout time — games, art, homework, snacks!)
Wednesday Early-Outs:
- 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM (Special themed sessions & maker projects)
Saturday Pop-Ups:
- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Creative workshops, open studio, and community events)
Closed Sunday
The HUB follows strict safety policies, including staff supervision, background checks, and a “No Bully, Be Kind” rule.
